SAILS ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND APPLICATION

The SAILS program is specifically designed for students with ASD and other learning differences. In order to qualify for the program you must:

  • Have a documented diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other learning disability.
  • Provide your most recent IEP or 504 plan, if applicable, or a comprehensive psycho-social, neuro-psych, or educational evaluation. If unavailable, we may seek consent to speak with current treatment professional to determine if SAILS is an appropriate program for you.
  • Complete a SAILS application and have a teacher who knows you fill out our letter of recommendation form.
You can apply for the SAILS program by following these three simple steps:

1. Download your SAILS application and complete it.
 
2. Have a teacher who knows you fill out our letter of recommendation form.
   
3. Mail your completed application and letter of recommendation forms to:

Once we review your application for enrollment into the SAILS program, we will contact you within 48 hours.
